CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
This can happen!
- - We will happily accept a return for any orders received within 30 days from the purchase date.
- - The goods must be unused and still in the original complete packaging.
- - For change of mind returns, the original shipping charges are not refundable and, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a return shipping charge will be applied.
- - Cost of return postage is to be sent by prepaid and trackable postage.
- - To process a return, click on the link provided and follow the prompts detailing how to return the goods.
- - You will be notified by email, once goods have been received at our warehouse.
- - Refunds will be processed once the products are inspected.
- - Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
- - Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS
Supplying the highest quality products is our pride and passion with thorough quality control measures a feature of our supply chain. All Feyre Home products undergo a number of strict quality control inspection points.
In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty product:
- - Claim for faulty goods must be notified to us within 30 days from the purchase date.
- - Please email firstname.lastname@example.org so our customer service representative can attend to this issue as a priority.
- - Great detail is undertaken in the inspection process before all orders are despatched. If, however you find that any of our products are faulty, damaged or we have not delivered what you ordered, we will of course exchange these products free of charge including return shipping.
- - We cannot accept returns on any items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or due to misuse or failure to follow our detailed care instructions.
